Equipment/Uniform Hand Out

Will be held in the Madison Heights City Hall basement on the following days; Tuesday July 30th, 6pm to 8pm, Wednesday July 31st, 6pm to 8pm and Thursday August 1st, 6pm to 7pm.  The Football Mania raffle tickets you received at sign up must be paid at time of receiving your child's equipment....also any monies still owed for registration.
We are also asking that physicals, birth certificates and photo of your child be already emailed to [email protected] or you may bring a copy to equipment hand out.
